What is the Cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy: Room reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to scheduled check-in time of 12:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee. For more details, please contact us on email or phone.

Check in is at 12 pm. Courtesy early check in is available on request.
What time is check out?
Check out is at 12pm. Late check out is available on request subject to next booking status.
What room amenities do you have?
The suites are victorian style large size rooms. They all include additional linen, pillows, toiletries, water jug, tea / coffer maker. We also offer hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and desk on request.

What are the breakfast hours?
Our breakfast is served from 8am onwards. The staff will check your breakfast preference the night before and accordingly prepare.
Do you offer roll away beds?
We do not offer roll away or any type of extra bed. However if a bigger group is coming, we will make arrangements for extra sleeping in the rooms.
Is there a restaurant or bar at the hotel?
There is not a full menu restaurant or bar at Vergomont Vacation Home. The cook will prepare meals based on your preference and liking.
Can I book a large group or event?
Yes, you may book a group 10-12 guests for a corporate event, family event or any other occasion.
Is this hotel pet friendly?
The Vergomont Vacation Home (The Best Heritage Hotel in Nainital) is a pet-friendly property. However, you must inform if you are bringing a pet. Your pets must be well behaved, sociable and in good health. You have to bring food, bed linen or bed sheets for your pet. Safety, cleaning up after your pet will solely be your responsibility.
